Ryan combines a background in Management Information Systems and a Master's in Data Analytics with hands-on experience in manufacturing, data management, and applied analytics. Before founding Isla, Ryan worked with Alstom Transport as a Data Management Analyst, supporting large-scale industrial operations with data integrity and process optimization.

Ryan's work has included building machine learning models across verticals like real estate, finance, and energy output forecasting for wind, solar, and gas systems.
